Shipping Information

Processing times –

All items are shipped out in no more than 1 to 2 weeks unless other wised stated. (Examples – free shipping weekends or holiday times mid-October to December which can take up to 12 business days)

Shipping times – 

This will depend on your shipping method.
USPS First Class Mail - 5 to 7 business days
USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 3 business days

Shipping Upgrades – 

Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class Mail (no insurance) when shipping out items but we understand that might not work for everybody. We have different shipping upgrades to fit everyone's needs.

USPS Priority Mail - Same processing time but 2 to 3 business days shipping and up to $100 worth of insurance.

Rush Delivery - 3 day processing time with 2 to 3 business days shipping and up to $100 worth of insurance.

Shop Policy

Payment – 

We take all major credit card, PayPal and money orders. Money orders must be made out to Peter Vermeulen.

Shipping –

• Free shipping weekends or Holiday times – Due to a high volume of orders, shipping may take up to 12 business days to ship out. If you need an item sooner than this I have priority mail or rush delivery options.
• How We Ship – We ship out using USPS First class mail (unless you upgraded to Priority mail). All items sent First Class are sent in envelopes and packaged according to USPS standards. All fragile items (mason jars, under the sea items ect) are bubbled wrapped and are labeled with a fragile sticker. All Prints are sent out in an envelope with cardboard and a do not bend stamp. First class mail can take up to 7 business days to get to your home. If you need it sooner please upgrade to priority mail or rush shipping. If you are ordering prints, fragile items, a gift item or an order over 10 dollars, I recommend upgrading to priority mail or rush shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges –

• First Class – 3 day money back guarantee on shipping costs (not the package contents) if the item arrives to you broken. Once you send me a picture of the damaged item I will gladly refund. Unfortunately, first class mail does not offer insurance. If you would like your package’s contents insured, please upgrade to priority mail.
• Priority Mail – 3 day money back guarantee on the whole order up to $100. I will refund you the money once I have the picture of the broken item. I will gladly refund your money. Just please understand I do not control how badly a package will be handled during shipping.
• Rush Delivery – If this option is picked you are moved to the front of the line! Order will be shipped in 3 business days via priority mail. 3 day money back guarantee on the whole order up to $100. I will refund you the money once I have the picture of the broken item. I will gladly refund your money. Just please understand I do not control how badly a package will be handled during shipping
• Refunds On Custom Orders – I do not do refunds on custom orders unless a mistake is made on my side. I run everything by you before making your custom order so please make sure to check spelling, name, numbers etc. before you give me the okay to print/make your order.
• Whole Order Refunds – I do not offer refunds on whole orders unless stated above in the priority mail and rush shipping sections. There are no refunds on any prepaid subscription packages for the year or six months. (Example - if you paid for a small pinch package or mason jar meal for the whole year, I cannot give a refund, but you will still receive your whole subscription)
• Returns – I do not accept returns. If you return your package, you forfeit your refund.
• Wrong Shipping Address – I am not responsible for items sent to the wrong address. Please check your address before checking out. Items will not be resent out unless I receive them back and you pay for another shipping label.
• Returned Mail – Items will not be resent out unless you pay for another shipping label.
• Tracking – Once the package has tracking information it is the customer’s responsibility to track the package. If the package is stuck in a hub more than 3 days, feel free to contact me so I can call USPS to open a case to find the missing package. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to update.
• Stolen or Lost Packages – If priority mail or rush shipping package is stolen or lost, please contact me asap, so I can call USPS. Stolen or lost packages will be consider stolen or lost after 15 days of no tracking updates or a call from your local post office to tell me that the package was indeed placed where you normally receive packages or mail. A refund up to $100 dollars will be given after a lost package claim is filed by me (this normally takes less than a half hour).
• Exchanges – If you have ordered the priority mail or rush shipping upgrade, I can exchange your damage items instead of refunding. Your order will be re send priority mail and within 3 business days. I do not exchange any other items due to health and safety regulations. No exchanges will be given to an item you do not like due to health and safety concerns.
• Cancellations – I accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.
• International Packages – Any delay or extra charges by your country's customs office is the responsibly of the buyer. Please call and check with your customs office.
•Anti- Harassment/Bullying Clause – If you are displeased with an order don’t be afraid to contact me but when contacting me please remain respectful. I will return the same respect back to you. Please do NOT bully, harass, threaten, belittle, or use foul words. This will result in loss of your refund and put you on my do not sell to list.
